Laura - Lead Vocalist

Laura is a first class honours Music graduate from the University of Salford. Laura studied singing and piano from a young age, and has sung in various ensembles from rock and pop to disco and latin. Laura has also sung in choirs throughout school and university and has performed as a soprano in the Halle choir.

Martin - Guitarist and Sound Engineer

After gaining first class honours in Music from the University of Salford, Martin then graduated as a Master of Music in Music Technology and Computer Music from the University of Leeds. He is now a PhD researcher at Queen Mary's Centre for Digital Music. Martin has been playing guitar since age 8 and has received Grade 8 on both classical and electric guitars.

Will - Drummer

Will has been a professional drummer for 5 years. Having played with some of the best in the business including, Roger Daltery (the who), Neil Murray (Whitesnake), Jack Bessant (ex Reef), Bill Wyman (Rolling Stones), Jack Bruce (Cream), and many others, playing sessions at studios such as London's Abbey Road.

Christy - Keyboards, Synths and BVs

A young and talented pianist from the North East of England. He is studying music in London and gaining valuable experience for his future musical career. Christy has been a member of the National Youth Theatre, starred as Galileo Figaro in a production of "We Will Rock You" and is a grade 8 Jazz pianist.

Fred - Bass Guitar

Fred has recently finished studying at London's renowned Guitar Institute. He now does freelance guitar and bass sessions around the Greater London area for both live and studio. Fred has played in function and original bands for many years.

Avenue84 perform two 1 hour sets as standard, but are happy to meet your requirements. We welcome all song requests that are suitable for the Avenue84 instrumentation, so please ask.

Yes - Avenue84 are more than happy to play your wedding song for you, at no additional cost. We are happy to take any song requests for your event.

Avenue84 have their own PA system and lighting so are ready to play anywhere. We use a range of high quality equipment including equipment from Dynacord, AKG, Sennheiser, Audix, M-Audio, Presonus, Violet Design, dB Technologies etc.

Not at all - Avenue84 will always play at a volume level suitable for your occasion. We are happy to turn the volume up or down at your or the venues request. We can even bring an SPL meter if there are strict limits.

We usually play two 1 hour sets, but are more than happy to change to your requirements on request.

Avenue84 require 1 hour setting up time so that we can get the best sound possible for your occasion. This includes a short sound check ideally done before any guests arrive to keep disturbance to a minimum.

All of Avenue84's equipment is fully PAT tested. We have Public Liability cover for £1million. Please check if your venue requires proof of these.

Prices in the London area start from £650 for our standard two 1 hour set package, contact us to discuss your individual requirements.

The start price for Avenue84 to travel in the South East is £700, please contact us for a tailored quote.

Add our DJ to complete your evening for an extra £100, music before, in-between and after the band sets to complete the entertainment for your special event.
